Creating manageable lifestyle changes to help improve your wellbeing

  • Workbook

    Our programme will provide you with all the resources you need to succeed. Starting with a workbook that layouts the 8 modules along with helpful templates to complete throughout the 10 weeks.

  • Webinars

    A live zoom webinar, each week covering a each module in depth and giving you practical advice to implement straight away, followed with a Q and A session. Plus we will share two exercise videos a week.

  • Community

    Each programme, limited to 12 participants, has its own private Facebook group allowing you to get to know everyone and support each other. We also share additional resources via the group.

We are Maggie and Lesley

Hello, we are Maggie and Lesley, we are friends, work colleagues, and both menopausal women. We know what you are going through and we know that we can support you by giving you manageable lifestyle changes so that you can get back in control of your life.

We can’t promise to reverse the menopause, it is a natural transition, and happens to all us women, but we can help you navigate your symptoms and get your body in a good place to be able to be stronger, and healthier as we go through peri and post menopause. We can help you power through the menopause and beyond.

Did you know there are 34 menopausal symptoms? We will talk about them all, no holds barred. We understand how these symptoms can impact on your life and we want to be able to give you a platform to talk about these openly.

Having been repeatedly asked by many friends, and women we train, to create a course to help them navigate this stage of life it’s time that we deliver! To not only help you alleviate current menopausal symptoms but also set you up for a healthy, strong body for the future we have created a progamme that will address 8 key areas to help you power through your menopause.
