Hello, we are Maggie and Lesley, we are friends, work colleagues, and both menopausal women. We know what you are going through and we know that we can support you by giving you manageable lifestyle changes so that you can get back in control of your life.
We can’t promise to reverse the menopause, it is a natural transition, and happens to all us women, but we can help you navigate your symptoms and get your body in a good place to be able to be stronger, and healthier as we go through peri and post menopause. We can help you power through the menopause and beyond.

Having been repeatedly asked by many friends, and women we train, to create a course to help them navigate this stage of life it’s time that we deliver! To not only help you alleviate current menopausal symptoms but also set you up for a healthy, strong body for the future we have created a progamme that will address 8 key areas to help you power through your menopause.
