What's Included in the 10 Week Programme

From a Weclome pack, to plentiful resources, to one to one coaching, we have you supported!

  • Welcome Pack

    This includes: Epsom salts, an exfoliating mitt, liquid chlorophyll, Vitamin D, a resistance band, Tropic body wash, and Tropic facial oil (collagen-boosting elixir oil). Throughout the program, we'll explore the benefits of these items and how they contribute to overall health. (Worth £60)

  • Coaching Calls

    Includes three one-on-one coaching calls where we set your goals, discuss your achievements, and provide support in areas you find challenging. This allows us to personalise our advice to each participant in the programme.

  • Resource Materials

    From the moment you sign up, you'll receive a wealth of resources. This includes helpful questionnaires, diaries to track your progress, recipes, shopping lists, and additional information on various topics. All these materials are yours to keep and refer back to whenever you need.

  • Webinars

    Every Tuesday evening at 8 PM, we host a live Zoom session. These sessions are informal and include a presentation on the week's topic, followed by a Q&A segment.

  • Exercise Videos

    We provide two exercise videos each week, guiding you through stretches, mobility exercises, and resistance training. Our programme is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners and those returning to exercise to more experienced individuals.

  • Online access

    We deliver our programme live to groups of 12 women at a time. All webinars are recorded and shared, so you can catch up if you miss the live session. After completing the 10-week course, you will have lifetime access to the materials, via an online platform, allowing you to review them whenever you like.
